The small print

Making an order

All items on our site have the age recommendations in the description, some of our items are suitable from birth, but please check descriptions.

Every item is thoroughly checked by us before it is wrapped, the items leave here in perfect condition, they will arrive with you the same.

Just have a browse at our store and add any items that you would like to buy into your shopping basket, click on ‘Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete the order and ensure safe delivery to you.

We accept payment by PayPal or Card. Our website will generate an automatic confirmation of your order. This is to indicate that we have received your order and will get it shipped as soon as possible.

Delivery

We now offer Worldwide shipping rates, the prices for delivery are shown at checkout but you can visit our delivery page for more information

YOU the buyer are responsible for any taxes or duty payable upon delivery.

All our products are sent using a tracked service, tracking numbers are updated to your order upon dispatch.

Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. Once your order has been packed, posted or collected by courier from us then we are unable to cancel your order. There may be a small £2 charge has been packed prior to your cancellation. This is to cover packaging.

While we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our terms, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused. Any shortages, discrepancies and transit damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.

The customer is requested to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible, and should fault in the product be found we should be advised of such fault as soon as reasonably possible. Our products are all checked prior to dispatch and most of our orders are recorded being packed.

It is you the customers responsibility to ensure you have read the item description fully and that you are aware of the sizing of the item and the contents of the package.

Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns for refund within 14 days of receipt of goods.

All return costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. All returns are the responsibility of the customer, and it is the customer's duty to make sure the goods are sent back using tracked delivery. We are unable to refund postage charges on the initial order or return postage charges. If you wish to return your item to us then please contact us by email first for return instructions.

Any item returned to us must be unused, and in its original condition and in the original packaging. If the label is missing or broken on the then we will cannot accept a return, so we advise making sure that you are happy with the colour and design before removing the tags. We charge a £5 restocking fee towards the packaging that we use and the time taken to pack and dispatch your order. In addition, when you have received free postage, if the item is returned to us we will refund you less the postage we paid to post the item out to you.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

All of our plushies are checked thoroughly before they are packaged for any defects or faults, these are extremely rare however if you are concerned at all please do drop us an email and we will endeavor to help with your queries.

SoRealistic do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment - such as to the delivery company.

All PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy. We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to maintain the security and confidentiality of any and all PayPal data and information, including data and information about PayPal users and PayPal.
