All orders are posted using tracked postage and a signature is required on delivery.

Please check your tracking details (which we email to you) regularly to ensure you are aware if any duties or other information is needed by the courier.

We can not be held responsible for any delays as a result of strike action by couriers/postal companies.

All our items are sent using a tracked service, tracking numbers are updated upon dispatch.

Your order may be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch. 

 

If an order is cancelled after packing (including on TikTok live) then an admin fee is payable of £2 to cover packaging costs.

Whilst we try to deliver all goods ordered in accordance with our terms, we take no responsibility for any consequence of late delivery however caused.

Any shortages, discrepancies and transit damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.

 

The customer is requested to examine the goods as soon as reasonably possible,

and should fault in the product be found we should be advised of such fault as soon as reasonably possible.  We will ask for photographs of any fault or damages before we can deal with the claim.

All our animals are checked by us prior to being wrapped, packaged in protective packaging.

 

The items leave us in perfect condition and will arrive with you like this.

Overseas orders:  If duties or taxes are left unpaid or the item is unclaimed then the item MAY be returned to us by the courier.  In these cases there is a returns charge made to us by the courier.

If the item is returned to us then we will offer to re-send the package at an additional postage charge PLUS the extra costs we have incurred OR you can opt to have your order refunded, LESS the extra costs we have incurred and a restocking charge of 10% of the order total.
